Race to 100 Power Promo Sweepstakes

Sponsor:  Hudson Ink 1, LLC d.b.a. Hudson, Ink, 2501 East 5th Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36107

How to Enter: The Race to 100 Power Promo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on February 1, 2019 at 12:01am CT and will end on July 1, 2020 at 11:59pm CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  You may enter the Sweepstakes via either entry method described below: 

1. You may enter the Sweepstakes by referring a customer (a “Referral Customer”) to Sponsor. If, during the Sweepstakes Period, a Referral Customer purchases any of the following programs: (i) PowerSuite; (ii) PowerSuiteAMP; (iii) PowerSiteAMP; (iv) 4X Newsletter + Newsletter AMP; (v) 4X Newsletter + PowerSuiteAMP; or (vi) 4X Newsletter + PowerSiteAMP (each a “Qualifying Program”), and informs Sponsor that you referred the Referral Customer to Sponsor, you will (a) receive a $350 referral fee (“Referral Fee”) from Sponsor and (b) automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.   You will receive one (1) Referral Fee and one (1) entry for each Qualifying Program purchased by a Referral Customer during the Sweepstakes Period.  Only the initial purchase of each Qualifying Program by a Referral Customer will qualify.  Subsequent or repeat purchases of Qualifying Programs by a Referral Customer will not entitle you to additional Referral Fees or entries.
2. You may enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a hand-printed card with your name, Company name, address, phone number, email address and date of birth to Hudson, Ink, Attention: Race to 100 Power Promo Sweepstakes, 2501 East 5th Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36107.  All cards must be received by Sponsor by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) entry for each card that is properly submitted to Sponsor.

No purchase necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.  Transacting any business with or referring any business to Hudson, Ink will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Any attempt to enter the Sweepstakes by any other method is void. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsor before the end of the Sweepstakes Period will be included in the prize drawing.  Sponsor’s servers are the official clock for this Sweepstakes.  All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit twenty (20) entries per person, regardless of method of entry.  Sponsor will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone submitting an entry. 

Conduct: By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree the decisions of Sponsor and its respective advertising and promotion agencies, if any, are final and binding in all respects and on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  The Official Rules will be posted at hudsonink.com (the “Website”) throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or any website related to this Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules or acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Any attempt to obtain excessive entries by using multiple or different addresses or any other methods will void all such entries and you will be disqualified. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Prize(s) and Odds:  Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize to be awarded is dependent on the number of Qualifying Programs purchased by Referral Customers during the Sweepstakes Period, as follows:
